This wedding was so much fun! I absolutly loved the colors the bride, Hayley, picked out! She decided to go with chocolate cake center and then half dipped in milk chocolate and the other half in white chocolate. It was the ribbon, sprinkles, and polka dotted baking cups that really gave these pops some personality! I was even more pleased when I saw the cake that was to be the center...the ribbon and flowers matched perfectly! She also wanted to do a bride and groom cakepops that we later put on the third tier on the cake and then actually used those to feed each other (as opposed to a piece of wedding cake) it was SO CUTE and very classy. Congrats to the Mr. & Mrs. Grover!

Happy 4th!
I made these for our family BBQ we had for the 4th of July and were a great hit! I kept it simple with just a white cake center and a white chocolate shell, although Idid mix it up with some red food coloring, blue cake mix and appropiately themed sprinkles! Hope everyone had a great 4th of July this year!

Wedding 6/26/10
I was so excited when Sarah contacted me and asked me to make 16 DOZEN for her wedding! It worked out perfectly because her wedding colors were white, red, and brown, which went along well with the different chocolates. She decided to go with Red Velvet, Chocolate, and Vanilla cake and then had a variety dipped in milk chocolate, white chocolate, and dark chocolate coating with some decorated with red sprinkles and chocolate icing. Then to make them look even cuter, she wanted to have some red ribbon added to them which I think really tied them into her reception (which was absolutly lovely by the way.) At the last minute, I thought it would be cute to make a bride and groom cakepops to put on top of the tier they used(pictures below) just to make sure the happy couple got their own to try. It was the icing on the cake! Congrats to Sarah and Justin! Happy Honeymooning!

Congrats Cindy & Rick!
Our good and longtime friend Cindy, ordered some lolliecakes for her wedding, which was absolutly amazing by the way. We caught up with a bunch of friends we haven't seen in awhile and the food there was incrediable. I tried a shrimp california roll which was to die for. It was fun to make these for her and to also be there as a friend and guest. I was a little nervous about how the "cake towers" would hold up but they worked out perfectly and everything looked great...especially since we were next to the candybar and chocolate fountain! They took off in style when a private jet came to pick them up and fly them off to their honeymoon! We are so happy for them and glad we could be apart of their special day! Congrats Cindy & Rick. More pics to follow soon!
