FAQs

Do you charge delivery?

- Not if your event is in Rexburg. Anything else will just be the cost of gas.

When do I pay?
- For larger orders that require a two week notice...half of the total amount will be due no later than one week before your event. The remaining amount along with smaller orders, must be paid before I turn over the cakes!
Payment can be made in cash or check made out to Hilary Hanson.
If you cancel less than one week before your event, you must pay half of your total amount to cover the expenses of materials.

I need help on how to display the cakes for my event.
- No problem! Let me know if you want them displayed upside down or rightside up! We can do towers, vases, flower pots, anything! We have plenty of ideas to help you make them look as cute as possible!

What kind of speciality candy liners do you have for display?
-All kinds of colors and patterns. Animal print, floral, paisley, damask, stripes, plaid, polka dots. Just let us know what you have in mind and we can find it for you.

Do you have any displays I cant rent?
-Not many but we can find what your looking for.
Any displays you want for your event, I can purchase for what they cost, or you can go pick up whatever you would like to use. Whatever is easiest for you!

Will you setup and tear down?
-I will definitly be there to setup the cakes and make sure they look lovely! Tear down it pretty easy but if you would like me there, we can make arrangements, just let me know. Arrangements can be made to return any materials that you have rented from me.-Keep in mind that you do need to provide your own table along with any linens you might want.

What if I have leftovers? How do I store them?
-Because they are so yummy, I doubt you will have leftovers. But if you do, Lollie Cakes do not need to be refrigerated but do need to be kept away from heat, as they will melt. Refrigerating them may cause a little prespiration but will quicky dry at room temperature. Lollie Cakes will remain fresh up to two weeks in the fridge, if you can keep from eating them for that length of time! They can be frozen in an airtight container as well but keep in mind keeping them in the freezer may cause the chocolate exterior to crack.

Can I request a reciept?
-Of course! For every order, I will type up an invoice and provide a reciept showing what you ordered and your payment that you can keep for your records. This will be done via email.
